About Kareem “Peppie” Jones
Kareem Jones is an educator, counselor, and the founder of Hind’s Feet Consulting—a mission-driven company rooted in advocacy, creativity, and equity. With 19 years of experience in education and mental health, he helps families and professionals build bridges, overcome barriers, and thrive.
Born from Kareem’s own experience of being overlooked in hostile work environments, Hind’s Feet is more than a business—it’s a platform to empower others who feel unseen or unheard.
He’s also the host of the Peppie’s Point of View Podcast and founder of the B.A.M.A.W. Awards, which honors unsung Black artists in music and literature.

Can I attend more than one training?
Yes! Each training is $50, and many participants attend multiple sessions to deepen their learning. You can register for as many as you’d like.
Do I need to attend live, or will there be a recording?
Live attendance is encouraged for Q&A, but a replay recording is provided to all registered attendees.
What platform are the trainings on?
All sessions are held on Zoom. You’ll receive a link and instructions after registration.
What if I register but can’t attend?
We understand schedules change. You’ll still receive the recording and resources. Refunds are not offered, but your spot is transferable.
How much does each session cost?
Each training is $50 and includes access to resources and CEU eligibility.
Do you offer discounts or bundles?
Yes! You can purchase a 3‑session pass for $125 or contact us for group rates.
Do you accept school purchase orders or bulk payments?
Yes. We work with schools and organizations—email us at hindsfeet879@gmail.com for invoicing or purchase order details.
How do I claim CEUs?
After completing a session and completing the survey , you’ll receive a certificate and instructions to submit for CEU credit.
What’s the difference between these trainings and the Mentorship Network?
The trainings are one‑time sessions focused on specific topics. The Mentorship Network is a 6‑month immersive program with bi‑weekly sessions, coaching, and project development.
Can I book a custom training for my school or organization?
Absolutely! We provide tailored workshops, keynotes, and consultations. Email hindsfeet879@gmai.com for details.
Do you offer one‑on‑one coaching?
Yes. In addition to group sessions, Kareem offers individual coaching and consultation by appointment.
Who leads the trainings?
All sessions are led by Kareem “Peppie” Jones, founder of Hind’s Feet Consulting, with 19 years of experience in education, counseling, and advocacy. He is a licensed Professional School Counselor working for a public school district.
Do you offer in‑person trainings?
Yes! While these sessions are virtual, in‑person engagements are available by request.
